               raisins. This cake is filled and topped with smooth cream cheese

Hot Buttered Rum Apple Bundt............................................$45.00
           This tantalizing cake is filled with diced Granny Smith apples
               and drizzled with creamy hot buttered rum  sauce. Although,
               this cake stands on its' own,  you can serve it with a dollop of
               fresh whipped cream  or vanilla ice cream.Serves 24-26
Cranberry Pistachio Bundt with Orange Glaze....................$45.00
            The orange glaze drizzle ,fresh cranberries, and pistachios
                sprinkled atop this decadent bundt makes this cake irresitable .
                This bundt looks lovely as a holiday wreath at Christmas BUT it is
                good anytime!Serves 24-26

            This is a fresh cream cake layered with a gooey cherry filling
                 and topped with delicious maraschino cherries. You are
                 sure to enjoy this light, three layered, chocolate cake.Serves 14-16

             Our vanilla cake takes it to a new level of decadence when paired
                 with a light cream cheese vanilla frosting, filled and topped with

I had a blast creating a bouquet of cupcakes!

Well, it has been a while since I have updated this blog. But I have been busy decorating and creating some new cakes and cupcakes! So here is a  peek at what I have been doing these last few months...

These cupcakes were for a purse party .

Take the lime and the coconut and EAT it all together! Fresh lime cream center with a coconut buttercream!

The cap was made out of marshmallow rice treats and fondant.

Boy do I love baking! Along with these cakes I also am adding a salted caramel chocolate cake to my menu!

Okay, so I am an amateur blogger and not too technically savvy. Lucky for you I will be your baker not your IT person;)  Anyway, so I am going to go on a picture posting frenzy , again , I am not a photographer but I know these pics will wet your appetite either way.

 These cupcakes were for a bridal shower. Cherry Cordial Cupcakes.

 This was a birthday cake for my neice. She loves zebra print!

 Her name started with an M, hence, the M on the cake.(um, just ignore the laptop and random cup in teh background)

 My mother-in-laws' favorite. Margarita Typsycakes..and yes that is a salted rim!

 Peppermint buttercream chocolate cupakes!

 Pepperment mocha cream cupcakes! Bite into them for for a creamy surprise!!

 This is a delectable gluten free, dairy free chocolate almond raspberry torte...sooo yummy!!

  My mom's specialty and my favorite...Black Forest Cake!

I like to call this the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry! It's a strawberry cupcake, strawberrycream and a dark ganache center. My husbands description: a strawberry shortcake but better.
